• Pelvic scans: A full bladder is required to push the bowel out of the way and provide a better view of pelvic organs. We assess the pelvic organs first with a full bladder, the if required we can proceed to an internal scan, which you would need to consent to.

• Comfortable clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow easy access to your abdomen or pelvic area.
